The product has received very high praise from large real estate companies, building management companies, and large shopping malls in the Japanese market. In Vietnam, the product has entered the TOP 5 of the AI Awards 2022 organized by VNExpress. We believe that, with this product, the security surveillance industry will be brighter by adding AI features without changing the security camera system, thus greatly improving operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU DO

We're searching for a Project Manager (PM) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The PM will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality.

Detail:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third-party
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
• Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE‍

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven work experience in project management
• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development
• Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills are necessary to correctly identify risks and solve any problems that may arise throughout the project
• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
• Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team
• Product and market mindset
• Experience in working at startups and bringing products to PMF/ Product Market Fit
• Business Japanese (N2 level).

Preferred skills and qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience working in multinational companies
